My 2010 has had the wrench icon on for years but never had any shifting issues until the beginning of June when it finally decided to kill its self. I finally found a tranny shop to rebuild it. Ill find out how bad its gonna cost me soon.

What's the going rate to rebuild/replace seals, internals if necessary. This is my second set so I wont need to exchange them. They don't need to look good again, Western NY salt is just gonna shit them up.
Yea they changed a lot on the new 2 ton jacks. There is more steel then aluminum now, they don't go as high and they are less stable because they narrowed them up. If my old 2 ton dies ill probably go with a 2.5. I dont use the new one much. It even sucks to use on the race car.
You definitely don't want to dc ground an antenna. grounding the radio is a separate entity. You would have to use a thin steel plate on the under side of the cap and use ground strap from the plate to the body of the vehicle.
Also running that much power can cause possible rf burn. If something were to happen to the antenna system its more likely you will cook something as well.
I didn't run the tires in the winter. I did it in the summer, it helped in the rain but its noting like fresh rubber. I had my spare set of BFGs on the truck before winter hit.
Only picture I could find, just the sipes were done
My wrench icon has been on since the summer. Clean air filter no transmision issues. 2010 6.2, stays on with stock tune and any other one I put in. Ive thought about putting a new MAF sensor in it but havent had the time
we also have a lot more room for the foam when we use them as you can see here with out the aluminum one on
If I had a wheel with no tire on it I could make something up in no time.
Could make a ring out of .060 alum with tabs for dzus springs then run a lexan or alumin cover
The problem you'll find with the foam plugs availabe for racing is they are meant for a 15inch wheel
