Damn, last weekend my GF was looking to get me the big flag for the moon roof and a few other "subtle" pieces to set the truck off. I guess i'll have to send her some other suggestions.
I've had the same experience with BuiltRight Industries. After the bedside rack system and dash mount I ordered 2 pairs of clamps/risers and the rear seat latch kit. I don't even know why I need to release the rear seat latch, but it was a sure way to get another jawbreaker.
I received my dash mount and bed panels from BuiltRight today and installed both in less than an hour. That time includes looking for my cordless drill and bits. Now I need to find out how to maximize use of the panels (translation, buy a bunch of brackets and mounts). The plan for the dash...
Thanks for the detailed instructions with pictures. Another satisfied customer. I got lost on the "reassemble the grill halves" as there were no pictures and ended up running the wires behind the light bar. Not sure if this is what you instructed, but it looks clean with the wires in the...
Bailey, I saw in another thread you recommended an add a fuse for the marker lamps on the S8s. Being stubborn as I am, why not run a hot from the back to an add a fuse on the 10A in the block (87)? I would also run a ground up to my known ground in the front. Also, since we're all here, I was...
Thanks Bailey, I'll call them in a bit. I am running the Unlimited Fogs Pockets with the S2 Pros wired to Aux 6. I had both S2 Sport reverse lights plugged into the three-plug splitter and they worked fine on Aux 6. I actually forgot to unplug the left S2 Pro and had 3 lights running off the...
I still cannot get my BD reverse lights to shine. First, I installed them into the twilight per the BD instructions. Now, they are spliced into the trailer lights as described in the initial post. Still no lights and now it blows the 10A in the panel. I have tested the lights and the...
I installed the BD reverse kit per the instructions and they do not light up. In addition, the OEM reverse lights also fail to work while the BDs are connected. Once the BDs are disconnected, the OEMs function properly. I understand there are other ways to wire these in, but I want them to...
Santa was good to me this year! Also, Bailey and Steven took great care of me to assist in the set up. The only thing that matches the BD lights is the BD customer service! Now I need to figure out how the m counting brackets from the S8 bolt to the truck. I hope it's straight forward once...
OK, my first FRF post. I'm registered, Powertank is filled (not yet mounted), and the BD lights are installed. Ready for this event! Look forward to seeing what the course has to offer.
