Same problem here. Neither the steering wheel nor the seats begin heating until push button start on the dash. I have tried auto and the off setting (now set back to auto). No change with either setting. They only work when I push the button on the dash.

No dispute on my end. The Ford dealers have done an amazing job making this more difficult than it needs to be. Option 1, follow Jaz13's advice... Look outside KC metro. Option 2, pay bullsh!t ADM. Option 3, look at different brands.
