2017 raptor, I had problem only in 4A normal, when down shift from gear 5 to gear 4 , u ll find its abrupt,tried 2H, it's no problem. Anyone have same issue?

Whenever the temperature is around -5 degree, i take my key fob in my pocket, and touch the door handle, it will no response or failure beep but not unlock or lock. But when the temperature is back above 3, it is working well. Mine is 17 raptor, anyone has the same issue?
