I have the Uniden R3 and it's been spectacular. Good filtering and the detection range for KA band (what most of the cops in my area use) is incredible. Using the R3 in conjunction with the WAZE app on my iPhone has saved my ass multiple times now.
Received my panels and installed them last night. These things are awesome. Fab'ed like a brick shit house. I didn't get a chance to snap any pics but will do so when I return from a business trip overseas next week.
Thanks Jolly. Don't know if it works with your nfab front, but I went with the ADD Stealth rear. May fit what your trying to accomplish with length. Built like a brick shit house too.
Went with the ADD Stealth R and am really happy with it. Was concerned with the ACC relocate too but it was a non-issue. ACC works perfectly in the new location and you can't really make it out unless you're looking for it.
***SOLD***Selling a new in box Ford Raptor Lights Gen. 2 triple light bezel and bracket kit. Comes with the two KC HiLites Flex 3" cube lights and amber covers. Does not have the additional $45 harness. Bought these with the intention of putting on my Gen. 2 Screw but ended up putting an ADD...
Jayrod, did you install the DP's yourself or have a shop do it? If a shop did mind if I ask who?
Thinking of adding down pipes to mine but would like a good shop to install it, even if I have to travel there and leave it to get it done. Thanks.
I've had mine on a couple months and haven't had any problems with it. No discernible difference in ride quality on road or off. I set it at the recommended 1.5" of lift and my truck look like it's sitting damn near level. Haven't actually measured it yet though.
Is anybody running the Uniden R1/R3's ? Curious how well it filters BSM's. Also, I know they're supposed to be a very good long range RD for highway driving just wonder what peoples impression of them is in city driving.
