I just had my windshield replaced. Does this look bad or is it me?

Ok folks.....been awhile but having an issue with my wipers and fluid not bathing the windshield either. I have checked fuses and relays. The fuse under the hood seem fine, I can't tell about the relay (see attached). It is weird that both the squirters :baby: and wipers are not working.

I broke my vent cover and have NO idea how to replace. Is there a way to get cover out? Covered under warranty? Any ideas? Thanks, -Fred
