Ok, so the shutter was sticking in mine causing the light not to cycle from high to low and vice versa. Mine was trash caught in the shutter causing the stick. The only way for me to really get the shutter to cycle was to pull em apart. Maybe shake the shit out of em first

Agreed. Start simple. 1) Road force balance the tires & rotate em ( see if vibration moves - remember the equipment is only as good as the person operating it 2) check alignment (again) 3) have dealer inspect wheels & tires (could be a bad wheel or bad tire) 4) check drive shaft
