Do you know if there is any content for a Raptor on the ring? I would be interested to see how it handles overall, we know it won’t be as fast on the straights but interested to see if it can shake corners a lot faster. I know there is a bit of body roll on both trucks.
I hope it stops soon. This is one of their halo vehicles. I know many people sit out the first year, but honestly would love to see the same repeat issues rather than random one offs. They can address the repeat issues at the factory, but if there are tons of one-offs that is hard to course...
For clickbate to sell t shirts. Yep you’re right. He intentionally wrecked that thing. Must be nice to be stupid, have money, and be okay being a jag-off.
I guess I should have quoted this post. Can’t find evidence the Gen 3 ran Baja. So technically no truck that’s come out recently could be considered a Baja truck.
Which generation did Ford test again? Was it Gen 1 or Gen 2? I didn’t see any Gen 3 testing or completion of Baja - especially with the new suspension, is this argument is even at this point.
No. Plenty of other vehicles have been tested on the Baja, completed it, and don’t mention it in their marketing. Should they tout it? Nope. Does it matter to any buyer? Nope.
A stock Jeep Wrangler TJ completed the Rubicon. Yet they don’t call every wrangler a rubicon. The bronco tested the...
I’m not trying to be a TRX fanboy or a Raptor Fanboy here, I hope you’re not interpreting that way.
It is a Baja style truck, just like the Raptor. That’s what they were built based upon. Just because one ran it and the other hasn’t, doesn’t mean they can’t share the same category. Aside from...
This would matter to less than 1% of raptor and TRX owners. Why does everyone think this is the end all be all of these trucks?
“The Ford Raptor completed running the Baja 500, which serves me well while I’m running to Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds.”
Hopefully this is a one of isolated event. Time will tell as more hit the road, but maybe the OP can follow-up after the issue is found and possibly have new owners ask the dealers to look into on their PDI before taking delivery
Ford is already buying credits today from what I can find, and these won’t make a dent for a while.
Can we all be honest and say we’ll miss the V8 when it’s gone? In any vehicle honestly. People hated the V8 in the M3 when it replaced the inline 6. Fast forward to today and everyone wants that V8.
