My roof sticks at times; the dealer lubes it when I go in for maintenance (I ask because I've been without the truck for a week while they replaced it once already).
I've learned to pop the left track to fix it.
If you go to close it and it stops and retracts, just follow the sounds and...
Random info:
The console caddy is strong enough to drill into and hold my radio, so if you wanted to mount your gun beneath it for extra hidden goodness, you absolutely could.
I've a shell on my '17...she's black, and I've yet to bother painting the maroon camper. I'm weird that way; I like the difference.
Anyway, there's a good gap between the cab and the shell, so no worries on that. I also have a farm jack mounted to the front of the bed, and the shell was...
I have a special friendship with the service director at our dealership, so I cannot speak for the many out there...
...but my truck (and my husband's F250, and our daughter's latest unwrecked [trust me, she's been through many] car) gets priority status, and is dealt with as soon as possible...
I don't have any rattling over the past couple years of having mine...but it did get stuck open right before a rainstorm. Ford replaced the tracks, and we were good to go again. I went from having a 650i convertible, so my windows are always all open. I effing love having it, especially when...
I use a WDH and regularly tow a 6500 pound RV with no issues.
Mind you, I'd rather tow it with our 250, but I prefer the comfort of the ride in my truck, versus his. =)
If I'm driving, I wave or flash my pillar lights...or if a Raptor is behind me, I'll flash my extra backups.
If my husband is behind my wheel (those 12-hour drives or winery hops can be brutal), and he doesn't, I punch him in the arm. He usually just isn't paying attention to the vehicles on...
1. Tint
2. Backup lights (provided they've not fixed the issue since '17..that nighttime red washout sucks)
3. Fog lights
4. Stubby antenna
I dropped my skids and painted them pink. I added some a pillar light pods. I'll eventually do the jumper so the mirror lights stay on past a certain...
Found these a while back, since I needed extra wheels in case I do stupid shit...or for WHEN...ahem.

We were, literally, driving down the mountain. We found it because the tire warnings came on, so I pushed her to go faster down to get to level ground. Hearing anything when you're driving over what can only be described as 'improved rock' is close to impossible.
Yeah...it rained that night, but I just tarped it. I told my sales guy I was gonna ride there with a golf umbrella out the top...he encouraged me to do it, but not let Ford see it. Bad press and all. LOL
No cracks, and I'm at 33k miles.
I did, however, have this happen coming down a trail in CO:
This is how baby Raptors are born... Mount Blanca, CO. by TiNyLoBo posted Aug 17, 2018 at 11:57 AM
We love to do it all. Perks of having been raised together in hick town, USA... He has launched his F250 a few times...it's a much easier landing in my Raptor. So much easier.
I'm only happy when my truck is dirty. The dealership tried to appease my anger by detailing my truck before...
Heh...dudette. =P
Corpus used to be a lot more fun before they started actually taking care of Padre Island National Seashore. Same with Matagorda, but here I am, packing up the camper for an extended weekend there. The coastal flooding last year made for really interesting beach runs. I...
Awesome. It's about a 12-hour drive for us from Texas (they're JUST adding a direct flight from ATX to Columbia).
I am ALWAYS willing to put my girl through the paces. Within the first couple months of having her, we hit Big Bend and ran some pretty fun trails there. We regularly go to the...
We go up to Columbia frequently (new grandparents, spoiled granddaughter). If you've recommendations on where to have fun up that way, I'd love to hear them!
Welcome!
Finally...
As soon as they start for genpop, I'm in.
"Oh, you couldn't see the black and pink Raptor in this lane..? CAN YOU HEAR IT?!" Ahem. I swear I'm ok.
A pillar pods are fantastic. Depending on how you point them, with all your lights on, you can illuminate around half your truck (provided you've done the little jumper wire trick for the mirror lights to stay on). I put mine through hell and back...and they still function perfectly.
That...
