What does it take to run e-85 in these trucks? Just a tune and a set of injectors like these (taken from Goosetuned website)?

I’m trying to decide between matte wheels and gloss wheels. Are matte wheels harder to keep clean, more prone to staining or anything else? I’ve never had matte wheels before.
