I had your exact same problem in my 2017. I took it to the dealership and had them look at it. The body shop guy said it was inside the actual windshield and should be replaced by Ford. Ford made them take pictures of it and after a day or two, they said replace the windshield. Really glad...

I received a letter from Ford last week stating there is a seatbelt recall out for my truck. In the letter it stats that there is no remedy for the problem yet. When they do, I will be contacted to take my Raptor in to fix the recall. Just FYI
