Bullet, I also think a y-pipe would be more restrictive. That is, unless the single outlet tube was at least twice the area of the two incoming tubes. I think an x-/h-pipe would have comparable flow properties to each other. I have no empirical data for this, just an old engineering degree...
Aramco, I'm not sure I get your point. I am going for a completely new system. I just want headers that I can build onto, not be stuck with their y-/x-pipe. Thoughts?
sd, I hope you don't mind if I piggyback on your thread since I have a very similar question that I've been researching. (Tell me to stfu if you do mind.) Hopefully, it will give you some useful information, though.
I also want a set of headers but I'm having trouble finding the right one...
Soooo jealous...
If Afghanistan ever stops being a shithole (yeah right), there are thousands of square miles of Raptor fun to be had. Or, vendors can just start building .50 cal mounts for bedcages.
You guys have fun, be safe, and I'll see you in '16 at the latest. - YODA :Jedi:

Good words as always, Jay. I'd like to move as much weight as possible away from the 6.2 boat anchor, though. Otherwise, real nice setup.

I'll let you know when I get closer to leaving Planet Bullshit so we can get something penciled into the books. - YODA
Shucks, I missed the deadline for pictures. No worries, I'll just send some money Noah's way to cover my tardiness.

Update: Noah, check your PayPal...
dragon, you can count on it! As soon as I get my truck back from Corey...
Yep, that would be it...the first part. But, I was getting a little bored around here and thought I'd see what was going on in the Raptor world.
So, what's up with you?
AAAAArrrrrrrgggggghhhhhh! I'm so pissed that I'm deployed and going to miss this. Any chance of delaying it until June???
I hope you guys have fun and do these things often so I can join the group.

Hey fellas, long time no chat. I'm signed up for the owner's block of the NV Roundup tomorrow and wondering if anyone is still planning on doing the breakfast thing and where. I'm way up by Aliante, so its going to take me at least 45 minutes to get down that way. Regardless, I look forward...
I found Waldo in that first picture!
Oh, and the truck looks damn good, too...
How did you incorporate the RPG lettering? Is that vinyl on vinyl? (Don't get any ideas, Bird)
Have at you!

Holy crap, I didn't know that! All I knew is that after me, you were never offering free shipping to Alaska again...:Grenade:
I will definitely get you a nice crisp bill to put up on your wall for posterity. And, you can expect more business from me once I get down to Vegas. Except, one...
