Spoke by phone to two different Ford reps yesterday. One was not pleasant at all but the other was very understanding of my frustration and is willing to help all they can and review some options. When all is said and done my wishes are that I can say Ford did the right thing and took good care...
Ordered the day the order banks open. I will verify but if memory serves me correct my truck was completed in 1/19 and delivered early March. I have the recaros and bead locks so it was delayed some.

No prolong setting. Daily driver. Average 25k a year on my trucks. Don’t pamper it when driving on or off-road either. Always serviced by dealer every 5k!

All cam phasers are being replaced per Ford engineering. Will know today during tear down if the chain will also need replacement. Customer Care regional rep has emailed and will be contacting me within 1 business day. Another frustrating round for me. Continued good luck to all that have not...
All service on both trucks performed by the dealership. Oil spec and
Filter was to the recommendations by FORD. Intervals at every 5k. The Cam Phaser issue is still a on going problem for Ford!

As you can see I’m not much on posting in the forums. Not a basher either because I’ve been loyal to Ford fan for 30 years. I have always stayed with owning Ford pickups and many of them over the mentioned timeframe. Here goes....had the first Gen Raptor and no issues at all during my ownership...
