I need to put my 2017 in storage for a little while. Anybody have any recommendations on a truck cover? It will be stored outside so I need something really good that will not scratch the paint.
All they did on mine was re-upload the transmission program and it runs like a champ now. It actually runs better then before the transmission issue, lol. I feel like I have more power accelerating, which is a very good thing. This is really the only issue I've had with the truck in over a year...
I only had it in normal mode when it happened and it freaked me out on interstate. Didn’t want to mess with it so it’s at the dealership. They redid the transmission program and now they are test driving it. Hoping for the best!

Having big transmissions issues myself. Took the truck in for the transmission pin recall earlier this week and they found a transmission leak. Apperantly the plastic plug had a crack so fluid leaked out. Got that fixed yesterday....
Today I started my trip from SC to KS for the holidays and...
Thats what I went with. Extremely happy! Did raptorlights kit. BTW, Jeff is the man!!! Lights and his kit looks amazing. Also did the S2 BD reverse lights. No complaints at all
Need some assistanc please!
So I hook up the S2 reverse lights and they work like a charm, but when they are plugged in my driver side brake light does not work. When I unplug them the brake light starts working again... I spliced into the grey/brown wire on the drivers side tail light harness...
I’ve had my Raptor or 10 months now and have never used the parking light function since I always have my lights set to auto mode. Just curious, does anyone use the parking light mode and if so why? I know the purpose of parking lights are now obsolete since almost all newer vehicles have auto...
I got one too. Super easy to install. Had it for 2 months and have never used it....but I can pull the back seat down easily if I ever need to! This really should have been included by the OEM though.
Good thing they are fixing it!! FWIW, I 100% believe your truck was delivered that way from the manufacture. I had an exact same looking mark on my front quarter panel that I didn't see either because it was dark when I picked up the truck. I found it the next evening.
The dealership paid to...
Maybe I'm not understanding the reason, but what's wrong with the factory push start button? Is it just a cosmetic thing and you want a red color instead?
What about AMSOIL PI Gasoline Additive Concentrate? I picked up 6 bottles about a month ago but haven't used any yet. Was planning on adding 2 bottles today
What configuration you choose? Did you do the spot on the inside and wide/corner in the middle? I'm thinking of doing one full spot and one full wide/corner instead of 2 driving combos per with the amber KC flex.
Very true. It's a copycat industry though, like most. Their head designer should be let go if they knew the new Toyotas looked like this first. I've seen too many times companies working on a design and leaks get out on designs and other company scramble to beat them to the market
Hate the new taillgate for the 18 Raptor. Make's it a F150 first and a Raptor second, which I guess is techicnally correct, but takes away from the awesomeness and specialty of the Raptor, which should be marketed 1st before the F150 category. If it said Raptor instead of F150 that would kick...
I was a little worrried the 1st day because of the same thing. A couple of letters didn't want to stick completely, but I held my finger on them for about 5 minutes and they stuck. I didn't drive it for almost 15 hours after that to make sure they wouldn't fly off. No problems at all now. Washed...
Disappearing stickers can mean many different things, but the most common reason has been due to the truck shipping to its final destination. You look to be right in that timeframe with a 4/28 build. What's your ETA? Hope this helps
This is amazing feedback!! Thank you very much for putting this together. I would be so pissed off if I jacked up the surface after paying for the coating.
I'm a detail freak so this is right up my avenue for what I was looking for. Definitely worth getting the right products to maintain...
They have a 1 yr, 5yr, and lifetime packages. All depends on how many coates they apply. My detailer is very cool and told me the lifetime is 2X the cost of the 5 yr, but the 5yr will last almost as long as the lifetime as long as you bring it in once a year for maintenance. Saved me money so...
