Contemplated for several months how to repair the dreaded F150 broken fresh air/recirculate door. Heard about quotes approaching $2000 for dealer to fix, requires removing the whole dash, steering column and evacuating the A/C system. The part is around $100 or so.

Just saw your post. If you haven't done anything in regard to the front shocks? Aftermarket Headquarters is an awesome local shop and could definitely handle that kit assembly and rebuild. I had them rebuild my factory shocks as well as other Raptor owners that I know.
Went from this. SVT wheels with 37x12.50x17 BFG All Terrains. Had for over 4 years, set at mid perch and Deaver +3's with drop shackles in the back. Never rubbed in the front or back. Also carried the 37 in the stock spare location.
To this. Toyo Open Country AT III, 315x70x17 and Icon Rebound...
I have been running the BFG 37's on stock bead lock rims for several years now. Did not hammer the pinch welds. I did move the front shocks to mid perch. I also have Deaver +3s in the rear. The truck rides great. I do my share of off roading and have never had the tires contact the fenders...
I have had the GJ Motorsports setup for almost 2 years. Originally the 3 led's didn't work. Spoke with LVJ Motorsports who builds the harness. He pointed in the right direction and the tiny black wire connections were reversed. Every thing worked for about 2 months. Then the white cargo light...
I have been running a 2.5 Harbor Freight jack with a Solo Motorsports skid plate and mounting plate for a couple years now. It has approximately 8 to 10 bolts holding the skid to the Built Right rack. I also added a section of BR rack to tie the front and rear sections together. There is a...
Hello,
I have been running stock bead lock wheels and BFG AT 37's for almost 2 years with no rubbing, trimming or wheel well modification front or rear.
The front suspension is set at mid perch and the rear has Deaver +3 with a 1" lowering shackle. I also have SVC bump stops set in the middle...
It does look like you have a spacer. The truck looks really nose high. I have included a photo of my shock tower. I contemplated going to the middle perch setting for a while. One of the best things I have done along with the Deavers +3 in the back. If you go through the trouble of removing the...
I also had the same problem with my 2013. All of my doors would intermittently unlock. Sometimes I would have to pry up the lock nob. They clunked really loud and were very squeaky when actuating. I made an appt at the dealer and miraculously they all started working when I went to drop it off...
I had a very similar problem on my 2013. It would switch from 2Hi to 4Hi while driving no problem, and would grind while trying to switch to 4Lo with the same dash warnings. At first I thought it was an IWE issue but the grinding sound seemed to be coming from the transfer case.
I found a...
Thanks.
I would agree that there is an added benefit of no tailpipes to collect mud or hook on rocks and vegetation. Also won't ever interfere with any suspension components.
What did you do to your Raptor?
Over the last few weeks I have added the Saudi Transmission Cooler plus 4 oz of transmission fluid. Easy install takes less than 30 minutes start to finish. Purchased from Tasca Parts. #DL3Z-7A095-B. Trans temps staying below 200, its not hot and I haven't towed...
What did you do to your raptor today?
Over the last week I have gone to mid perch which went pretty smooth in the driveway with hand tools. Used the RPG method from the video. One set screw needed to be drilled out, a little scary drilling into the side of the shock. I just went slow and tapped...
I have been working on a third brake light project. Im testing it right now. Removed the circuit board and trying some other types of leds. I will post my results when finished. I did figure out the wiring on my 2013.

The red pin is brake (+)
