I backed into a pole, need just the right side but open to both. If you have the plastic bumper upper trim/step also interested. thanks. shooey at austin.rr dot com.
BedRug full liner and tallgate, BRQ15SCK for 5.5' bed. Unopened and bought new but never got around to installing it. Paid $395. Local pick up in Austin welcome. Will ship for cost of postage. $300
As new 2017 Raptor OEM silver wheels. Driven home from dealer and removed. No center caps or sensors. Pick in Austin, TX is preferred but will ship for actual cost, likely around $150. $650
I don't know. I spoke with them twice, knew it wasn't going anywhere Austin's too hot a market. I bought in Houston as well, energy downturn put a pause on lots of decisions for people there last year.
I drove a new FX4 F150 and it nearly made me cancel the order. For those that ordered early before first deliveries Raptors didn't exist to test drive. Tried to drive one locally but dealer wasn't having it.
I've rarely had the opportunity to test drive before buying a new vehicle, but have...
The trim piece is removed by a solid pull to the rear, be careful because the plastic will bend and leave a white stretch mark. It's also clipped into the threshold at the floor/threshold piece. It looks like it won't release around the glove box door but it will. Here's what your looking for...
Thanks for this tip, I tried it and like this look better. Also using the slotted holes to move each lamp into place. It may lessen beam cut-off and spill behind the bumper.
Agree with others here that mounting the lights to the bracket first is easier, especially if you replace the button...
Hey Rick, your awesome, nothing wrong done at all. Those that want three switches just need two extra splitters, which I'm happy to pay for. I'll pm you.
Thanks to you and BD for both following up and so quickly, wish the rest of world worked like this!!!
Very helpful. I figured it out but it's good to have confirmation. Can you sell me the additional wiring needed to use three switches instead of ganging two pairs together? I believe I would need an additional 55" splitter but could be wrong.
Looks great. I just got my kit and it looks like the supplied wiring pieces are set up to switch them like you did, but if you want each pair on individual switches (3) it needs more wiring and connectors?
It's a great box, so many gears you can always be in the power if you choose.
I was surprised at how aggressive it is in Sport mode, up and down shifts are fast and feel like a SMG2 or PDK dual clutch transmission, it hit's you in the back hard. Almost towards mechanical sympathy.
Thank you to Backwoods and others. I mounted mine behind the windshield frit, what I could find online shows no loss of signal detection. Stealthy location will save me from having to hide the V1 when a LEO is around, you cannot see it from the front. Aux6 switch is nice, easier than using...
Not seen any Gen2's on the road yet. The few G1's check out the truck then divert eye contact like two ships in the night...feel like a doofus giving the open hand at the top of the steering wheel wave.
