Hey guys. Trying to put a large single turbo on. Little confused on the Evap stuff. How many 1 way check valves would be used total? 1 for passenger side valve cover I know for sure. But do you need one on the brake booster? Also, what about the vapor canister?
Does anyone know what size their collector pipe is right before the resonator flange? Mines 3.5" but you can't even buy a resonator or mid pipe that is 3.5". They are all 3" or even 2.5".
I've been searching on here and just about everywhere else for someone that has done mid mount turbo setup. Has there ever been one made? I'm going to do it.
I have been debating to go whipple or procharger on the truck. I have read that the oil pump should be upgraded to the billet gears and this is roughly a $1000 job since it would involve my truck to be down for too long if i did it myself (and it sounds pretty involved).
So with that said...
Picked up a 2013. Really want to supercharge it. Would love to find someone in the twin cities area that has done this so i could check it out.
I might even make my own kit but that would be a centrifugal and i havent had a PD blower in years.
