I can’t get further photos of it on the truck as it’s been removed. I attached a couple pics to the thread. You have to drill holes into the roof rails, insert aluminum rivets and then they bolt on. You need to be technically inclined and not make a mistake :)

Yep, aware of U-bolt issues. Had a pair of the Deaver U’s snap upon torquing and almost lost an eye! I’ve used new U-bolts on last re-install, they soften up pretty easy.

I can’t add the video of the noise as file is too large but here is a pic of the leaf at the rear shackle. Second leaf doesn’t lay centered to first and snaps back and forth against each other.

I’m just hoping Icon will help out somehow, because $1500 is not something I want to have to waste again to make it right. I liked everything about these leafs (height options, ease of changing and ride). I am currently running their upper arms with Delta joints, which are awesome!

I’m guessing maybe 15,000 miles on them. Towed only 4 times since installed with small loads for only 1500 miles. Light loads, tongue weight of approx 200lbs
