There are (2) sets of Upfitter wire's under the hood. Did you hook them up to the wrong set? One side is to connect the inside upfitter wires, the other is direct to power.

What if you tap your intercooler and utilize some sort of catch can for only the condensate?

Mine were 40-41 when I realized it from the dealer (after being warm) When cold, they hover at about 38-39 ... I'd lower them to atleast 40 when cold.

A dual valve catch can and/or a larger IC should essentially fix the same issue, should it not? Larger IC allowing condensation to better evaporate? We're talking about condensate/oil accumulating on the driver side (engine exit side) and lower inlet tube (where you would tap for the weep...
