I am doing a bit more research on parts that I used and making sure that what I did was the best way to make things work. The gears and bearings fit perfectly. I am working on setting up a vendor account with Birdman and will make everything available at fair prices.

Not to take away from this thread on the Wavetrac LSD, but you can put an Auburn Ected Locker in the Ford Raptor front end. This gives you the limited slip when it is open and can also be a full locker when needed. I put one of these in my 2010 Raptor with 4.56 gears before the SEMA show last...
Just wanted to let you all know that you can install 4.56 gears in the 2011 and newer axles. Attached is a pic of 4.56 gears I put in a 2012 rear axle last week.
Just curious if the ordering banks for the 2013 opened today and if anybody ordered one? I think a 4% price increase is hard to swallow without upgraded parts (besides headlights). Maybe if they put 3" Fox shocks on the 2013's that would be a fair upgrade for the price increase. If anybody...
In another thread it was mentioned by an Icon rep that you would have the 3" remote res front shocks available for the Raptor pretty soon. I have seen the pics of the set on the Outlaw Raptor truck. What is the real expected date that you will have these ready for the public? Will you have them...
The only factory upgrade for future Raptors that I am looking for is paddle shifters on/behind the steering wheel. I am pleased with everything else offered. The aftermarket manufacturers can take care of any of the other upgrades that I am looking for.

I have a 2010 Raptor and want to see if it is possible to convert it to the 2011 shifter that allows you to choose all gears rather than 1, 2, 3, D? Any help would be appreciated. I assume that a computer reflash may be needed, possibly a seperate transmission computer, wiring harness pieces...
