had this happen to me. you need to ziptie those lines to the side of your control arms. my mud terrains sawed through my drivers side after some suspension work. Didnt even think about it but that upper control arm comes awfully close to those tires with factory wheel offset.

Might be a couple of things. Debris in your 4wd check valve would cause it to stick or not engage. vacuum leak. hub issue. transfer case itself. Transfer case motor. etc. better to have it checked out if you dont know what your doing. good luck!

Check the vacuum lines to the front hubs. Also check the vacuum lines in general for holes. One could have popped off forcing a hub to try to engage. If you do find that the issue it might be a good idea to change the little check valve because you probably sucked in debris and clogged it. It...
