I'm sold. Who and where are these guys? They don't seem to have a website.
I've got a trip to Sequoia/Yosemite planned for the spring and I'd be willing to take a few days out to drive down to Burbank.
Call them. I talked with Fox a month ago and their reply was that Cory @ RPG knows their products better than they do and to follow whatever advice RPG gives.
Unfortunately, RPG would never return my calls so I'm waiting for the Icon system to come out.
HD Deavers should still give a better ride day to day since they're progressive.

Extended bump stops. The rich man's airbag.
Just did three weeks in the southwest with timbrens and a 6000 lb trailer attached. Did a bit over 4000 miles. It's a solid solution. No sag, decent enough ride on pavement or gravel, and surprisingly well on rougher roads both with and without the trailer.
Our route went from the...
Voila:
Short review: you wouldn't want to take these offload.
On the way back from the shop, which was a pretty rough road, I could definitely feel them on the dips, not so much over bumps and rough patches. In other words, pretty much what you'd expect. You could leave them on...
Mostly due to a recommendation I got from a guy who has experience with both. But I like the fact that they've got 3 spring rates that I can experiment with. Also, my mechanic is a certified Icon dealer and I know from past experience that he'll have my back in the off chance that something...
Don't know yet. i'm estimating 700 lbs, and another 960 lbs of passengers and gear. So 1660 lbs total, and I've got a 1150 lb labeled capacity on my truck.
I'll be a little light when I go to get the trailer, since that weight includes 180 lbs of extra water and fuel, an extra passenger, and...
Thanks. I need a stop gap solution until Icon releases their springs, so I'll be a guinnea pig for these. Called the local shop and they're going to try to get a set fedexed in to install early next week. I go pick up my trailer next Thursday so if I can get them here on time it will be...
Thanks Nick.
BTW, as far as the fog lights go, I can't really comment on their output since it was still light when I got them hooked up yesterday, but I can confirm that they don't produce any glare for oncoming traffic. As you lower your line of vision, the truck's low beams will begin...
Except for the spots, they're farther forward than they look. The fogs are just about touching the edge of the bumper and the BDs in the middle are only about an inch away.
I set the spots farther back so that they don't interfere with the BD pros next to them. Since the racer spots only have...
Here are a couple shots of my install. BD Racers on the inside, BD Pro Driving in the middle and Rigid SAE Fogs on the outside. I had to cut the Rigid brackets to get the fogs high enough and then cantilever them off the end of the NFAB mounting plate to get them far enough to the outside. I...
So I guess if you can trace where the 5/6 power wire originates, you could move that end to constant power without having to run a new wire.
By the way, does anyone else find the factory switches too easy to hit by accident? I've had three or four occasions when I've looked up and seen one or...
Why pay that much for offroad lights if you're going to point them in the dirt? If you throw that many lumens at the ground in front of you, you're going to kill your night vision and then your spots will seem dimmer as well as losing vision for anything outside of your spots..
Installed mine last week. They look great and are pretty stiff.
I had to notch them at the top to fit around the mounting clamps for my bed rack, which wasn't too much of a pain, but obviously wasn't something I was planning for. But apart from that, install was easy.
The only thing I...
Thought about it, but one, I want it to be permanent and, two, I don't want the solar panels to be obvious. The frontrunner style rack has a lip that will hide the panels from view unless you're looking at the truck from above.
I'm ordering a roof rack for the cab of my super crew and I'm looking for some advice on installing it.
I've got two choices, pull the headliner and bolt through with washers to spread the loads, or just drill through from the top and use rivnuts.
The rack isn't going to be used for...
