I’ve personally been holding out for the gen 3 to see what it offers, if there’s still no v8 option I’ll just stick with my good ole trusty gen 1 even though I do catch my self drooling over modified gen 2s from time to time
selling my pair of Fox 3.0 shocks for stock shocks and 1000 dollars must be located in Phoenix and have a garage or area to swap them over prefer ur shocks to be on top perch. These 3.0s have 20k miles street and 400 miles of mild off-roading

If it's just the driver seat I wouldn't worry too much, that's prettt standard on these trucks, I weigh 160 though and mine still looks good, however someone who weighs more or slides in and out may have problems
Lower control arms are solid, no need to worry about them, uppers would be useful if u drive hard, will help keep your alignment straight. Perhaps some reinforcements to where the lower control arms meet up the frame, some icons or deavers( they rust out quick). And a bump stop kit
Agreed on the window tint, it is so useful for such. Cheap mod, help keeps the heat out, looks good, reduces glare, and reduces what people can see inside of your truck for security purposes.
