Retrofit source sells the kit to hook up complete OEM lights. When I did mine, I bought bare 14 HID housings and sent them to Raptor Retrofit. They send them back with all the wiring to hook up to your current lights. Either way it’s not cheap but not hard to do.

My truck came with a K&N Intake that sucked hot air from the engine bay. I put the stock air box back in with a good filter and didn’t notice any difference even with a tune.

On my 2010 it ended up being a wheel bearing causing those same issues.

Funny, I’ve had no problem towing our trailer or playing in the sand and snow. The computer is up on the firewall, maybe run a hose over your hood and see if you’ve got water dripping on it.

I just sent mine in for a rebuild and upgrade. Rebuild, level 1 upgrade, flutter stack and new lower bolts were just over 800 with shipping.

Retrofits are around $400 if you do your own, oem lights are $1200+
