@Skyfrog What dealer did you go to?
I wound up having four bad coils and all plug wires replaced at Elder Ford in Tampa, along with a PCM update from Roush to fix my P06B6 code. I agree with you on avoiding the dealership at almost all costs.... but its just too damn hot for me to work on my...
I'm dealing with the same code popping up on my supercharged 2014. I've cleared the code and run the PCM tests in Forscan as well, but the tests didn't show anything and the code continues to come back. I also took it to my local Ford dealer, but they didn't want to touch the truck because...
Quick update.... I scanned for codes and cleared one (OU422 - Invalid data received from BCM), but that didn't fix the issue. Checked for codes again a day later and cleared another related to the steering angle sensor, but again, it didn't fix anything. A couple days later, the power to the...
I lost power to my rear view mirror (compass and hard wired radar detector), moonroof, and all windows. I checked the manual and it looked like fuse 32 in the passenger kick panel would be the culprit. I swapped out that 15A fuse even though it looked good and still no power. Is there...
I swapped out my wheels today and noticed that my front shocks have some rubber near the top that looks like it's run its course. I don't know much at all about these shocks, so I was just looking for an opinion or two on what, if anything needed to be done. Is this normal wear and tear for a...
Unfortunately, my 2014 was out of warranty and I never bothered with getting an extended or aftermarket warranty. I paid $367 for the sensor and $200 for the labor. The price was a bit of a rape job, as you can find the sensor (PN - BB5Z 3F818 A) online much cheaper and it only took the dealer...
^^^ In my experience with the bad steering angle sensor, there were no noticeable changes in the truck's driving characteristics. I just had the hill descent control fault and service advancetrac warning lights as well as the traction control light appear on the dash. Good luck in in getting...
I had this issue on my 2014 Screw. I dealt with it for about a year before I finally brought it to the dealer. It turned out to be a bad steering angle sensor (located in the steering wheel itself). I had it replaced and its been good to go ever since.
I ran into the same problem a few years ago when I put on aftermarket wheels. I was able to delete the TPMS using forscan thanks to information provided by @livinitup.

There's a forscan tutorial thread on FRF that will give...
It's almost a must have for me with the summer heat in Florida. Starting the truck a minute or two before you get in, along with some decent window tint and a reflective sun shield will keep the cabin temps down considerably.
@michiganave - with regard to the Ford Remote Access, you will be fine upgrading to Sync 3. My 2014 has the remote access and sync 3 upgrade with no issues.
Both of the changes are in the 7D0-02-01 line (see below). I'm going off of memory here, but I'm almost positive that the bolded "7" is used for the navigation in motion override..... and the bolded "5" is for the Raptor splash screen at start up.

Did you see the values that were posted earlier in this thread for a 2013 Raptor that had upgraded? I used those values for my 2014 and it got me squared away. I would start by making those changes and see if it doesn't solve your issues.
The camera on my 2014 still worked after the Sync 3 install. As for the programming, it really doesn’t take long with Forscan as there aren’t that many lines in the APIM to program. I used the values that @rkneeshaw posted earlier in this thread (with two exceptions - 1) bypassing the navigation...
I just installed my SYNC 3 APIM and screen this morning. I was going to make the module updates in Forscan but my battery drained down while I was doing the install so that will have to wait (or I'll have to make the updates with the engine running). Anyway, it was a fairly straightforward...
@rkneeshaw - Would you mind sharing what your ballpark final cost was? I'm just curious about the savings versus purchasing one of 4dtech's complete plug and play packages.
Searched and couldn't find anything definitive on this..... the Roush heat exchanger coolant tank on my 2014 Screw looks low and I don't see any fill level indicators on the reservoir itself. I found the below information on Roushperformance.com for SC'd F150's. I assume this is applicable for...
So I looked at my tailgate again today.... you are absolutely correct. I'm not sure what I was thinking, but I'm adding this to my future mod list. Thanks!
