Assuming it's an FK style spherical bearing with a liner, they are supposed to be super tight when new. FK offers different fits on the bearings where the tighter fits are recommended for off-road applications because they last longer before the liner wears out. Since they have a Teflon liner...

Big Country BK I'm usually at around 25 psi during runs. This is something you can play around with and see what works best for you. I'd start with coming down a little at a time, see how it feels then go from there.

What psi are you running on the trail? Airing down more really helps with the chop.

Hey all, I've got a set of Fox 3.0 rear bypass shocks for the 1st gen new in the box. I bought them, but then found a used set of Icons for a deal I couldn't refuse. These have never been installed, just admired. Not the QAB model. Looking for 2k shipped within the lower 48.

I was right around 6 deg before I took it to the shop. They were trying to get it down in the 4's per the spec they have. Here's my sheet. I did a "garage alignment" before making the appointment. Looks like I should have just ran with what I did.

I have glass and an upper with heims. I can pretty much put the tire where I want. With cam bolts adjusted to push the tire all the way forward, you'll hit the front fender mount before you touch the firewall (with pinch welds hammered). My questions is more of "how much caster is too much...

I just had mine aligned today. Had my cam bolts adjusted for maximum tire clearance so I could stuff 37's. The alignment shop had to pull the tire back in order to get the caster back and now I'm rubbing. Sounds like most of you guys are letting caster go up for better tire clearance.

If you have a 4.10 ring and pinion in the rear, you'll have to have a 4.10 (or 4.11) in the front. After looking at the Ford site it looks like the difference is you get a Torsen limited slip in the front with the 802A package.
