These rear defrosters are a problem. Seen several that shattered the rear window and have also had experience with it just stop working. So, i turned mine off ftom remote start menu and i just never use it.

I read about these elsewhere and saw the success of others... I run them too without issue. They are nice!

There are some nice solutions for the F150s that don't have the factory HID lights. I had the same issue and just upgraded the bulbs - worked great at a very reasonable price.

It just makes my blood boil because they were nonexistent. The problem was on their side since their product was not compatible with the computer. When I have to go get new drivers to make their stuff work, that's a problem. When I can't get them to even care about there flaw, that's the bigger...

I say full SW exhaust. I would recommend any other handheld device... Just not SCT X4. SCT has terrible customer service. Ironically I was on the phone with FEMA today and instant customer service.

I guess I was only complaining about their product support / customer service. I won't be purchasing anything else ever again from SCT.

On a side note, to protect the bottom, inside weld seam on the doors, I have had success with Plasti-dip. I cleaned it well and let it all dry. Then, I plasti-dipped the whole area. Works nice and nothing sticks to it. It stays clean all the time now. I also did this in the same inner seam at...

Wow!! SCT has some problems! Mike Wyatt (from SCT) finally tried contacting me but I informed him I figured it out. That must be a loose business operated by a couple people! I am not impressed with them.

The method I have that matches the math done at each fillup is to just reset the mpg meter at each fillup. That number definitely correlates well to the math, so I trust it. I knew gas mileage was not great on these, but during my commute, I do watch the green bar (instantaneous mpg) and adjust...

I swapped from V1 to V2 this week and also noticed that 2nd gear had more power. The launch from a stop was definitely better. I did a KAM reset when I put V2 in, and the truck is still re-learning my driving style. I had been getting 14.9mpg, and now have 15.2mpg after I made the first fillup.

Hi - I am in!! I have had this on two previous trucks and LOVED them!! You don't even need a tonneau cover for it - mine was exposed to the elements and worked flawlessly!

Problem solved. I needed the correct driver files which I found via the 5 star directions. My SVC version 2 tune is all loaded up and feels great.

I have tried a second laptop - same result. Also, when uninstalling, I am doing two... One for the program AND the second was for the drivers. Every time, it fails.
