You can probably splice into the camera signal cable, it shouldn't differ from any other camera out there. Then you'd probably have to force it to stay on by feeding it 12V from a source of your own, just not straight from the battery as this will leave the camera on 24/7. I could be wrong...

You can't expect a raptor to withstand any serious off-roading unless you upgrade some stuff, first off is the guards! :) The original guard is just for looks. ;)
