LOL - Both high mileage, and both run great.
The orange one has been a bit of a maintenance hog. A lot of the systems have been replaced: Cooling, Steering, Transfer Case, ABS System ...
Comes with adhesive tape already on it. Attached nice and tight. Time will tell how durable it is.
Ring has an aluminum backing, so I think any good glue would work also.
Finally got the new Bull Bar mounted after a kid decided to crush the other one in a parking lot !
Powder coated this one black (looks better), and fabricated a steel subframe behind it for the tow hooks.
UPDATE:
So we found lots of metal (metallic particles) in the power steering fluid and reservoir.
With just shy of 140k miles we decided to replace the whole system. New rack, pump, lines, everything ......
Also put new sway bar bushings on ...
Happens during normal blacktop driving. Entrance ramp to interstate, or passing on a 2-lane road when getting the rpms up around 4.5 - 5 grand.

Under hard acceleration between 4 - 4.5 thousand rpms the steering gets really difficult !
It used to get better right after the rpms dropped, but today the steering was near impossible for about 10 minutes.
All of the problems I've been able to find refer to issues at low rpms...
So it appears that water was getting between the rear cross brace and the bed. If you look close you can see the edge of the cross brace right at the top of my cut.
My truck was undercoated from new, but looks like they missed some spots right along that cross brace.

A little rust repair on inside very back of the bed.
Had to cut the bed liner off to see just how bad it was. The 2 spots will get patches welded in, sealed, then new bed liner..
