Well crystal the dealership has taken care of everything and I should have my truck back later today or Monday. I have had my explorer/fx4/ and raptor serviced @ Planet ford. They have always been good. Thank you for your help and I hope that this information will help others.

Well she is finally in the shop. I will know more in a couple days. I seriously hope this is covered because this came at the worst possible time for me (stupid oil prices). Fingers crossed that the power train will cover it otherwise FML.

well went to the closest ford dealership to me and was told that I cant make a appointment and its first come first serve and they are 5 days out from even taking a look at my truck. Looks like I'm going to have to wait to get back to Houston before this problem is solved and who knows how long...

Well this is a review of my first week of ownership. All I can say I wish I pulled the trigger faster. This has been amazing. By far the best birthday present I have ever bought myself.
