I couldn't work out how to quickly get back to solid so I just mounted them as solid on a buddy's window as he didn't want strobe. I went with GJ bracket with the LVJ strobe harness.

I've personally never seen anyone need a tap and die set on the trail.

There is a ram ball which you can connect to the front headrest upright. I found that solid on my Gen 1.

So strike 2... I tried installing the second set of KHC shackles I have been sent which I was specifically told would work with Icons. They bind a piece of paper between the shackles and springs a full 3 inches before full compression of the shock. Morale of the story... get SDHQ or Camburg...

I can't edit my original picture (post #28) on this thread so here is the corrected diagram. I left 85/86 connections as they were because they are interchangeable and that's what works with the Bussman box the way I configured it with fuses before the relays.

Not sure what you are saying. Lots of dealers doing these for invoice now. My guy in Maine is doing them for Invoice less $1k. Hell, I got $3k off MSRP on my 19 in Nov when the production run hadn't even started yet.

I don't know what '20 orders are going to price at but there is very little difference between 19 and 20 (unless you want lead foot grey). You should be able to get a large discount on a 19. Most dealers in the NE are living in 2017 and still asking for ADMs. You should be able to get a 19 for...

The tail light wires are very fine. Many of us are using the plug wire without issue. Just make sure you use a good adhesive lined shrink wrap.

Just tap into the centre pin on the trailer plug.

With the relay box I was using I had to use the 86 as ground if I wanted to fuse before the relay because 86 was connected to a built in bus bar. I will try to update my picture in the next couple of days if I can get access to the computer with Visio.

Yes, I think you are right. I also have the diodes facing the wrong way. Visio rookie.

1.1 per light is very low draw so I wouldn't expect them to be very bright. Baja Squadron pros are like 3 Amps each so a pair of them is triple the draw of your Rigids and they still aren't super bright.

Exactly the same except you would trigger the relay with the low instead of the high.
