Replace the condenser, add more PAG oil and recharge Freon. You will need to take it to a repair shop to recharge it properly. They will put it under vacuum, they can then add oil and recharge.

That's A/C oil. It has dye in it to find small leaks with a blacklight. Looks like you have a good size leak in the condenser.
