3rd brake light problem

Stearing issue (HELP)
When I finished covering my raptor in the mud, I could hardly turn the wheel right. When I got up to about 25 mph the steering seemed fine... As I slowed and turned steering got very tight again. Any ideas??? Bad steering pump? 2013 with low miles. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk- G~Rod
