I put my Honda 450 Quad in the bed - tailgate won't shut but it fits fine. It is 4" wider than stock and 2" longer. What I usually do is remove the tailgate cables after it is in and put them over the top to hold the tailgate most of the way up. Routing the cable over the post that stick out.
