My resonator has two drain holes, one on either side, near the outer lip. At first I thought there was a leak after I installed my cut-out, but thankfully no.
Use one of these keyless entry keypad from ford. I had one on my Shelby and one from nissan on my xterra.
Just stick it on and program it like any key fob. The cool thing is that you can stick it anywhere.

Not to mention that any time you go from 31" street tires to 35" off-road tires your gonna take a hit in (street) performance. Most P rated tires only weigh about 40lbs, while our LT BFG's weigh 62lbs. Plus there's a huge difference in rolling resistance between the two types of tires.

Dude, I don't think I would drive my Raptor around France, especially the cities. Even driving a small rental car there, I had a hard time fitting on some roads and the insanely small parking spots.
