Everyone is saying that the raptor axles won't work. This is true, I have the same problem. However, don't waste your money on new ones, just extend yours! cut your axle in half and throw a sleeve over to fill the 3.5" gap and tig weld it together.

IMO King is the best and Icon is almost the same. They are just on a different level than fox. And just look at the videos on youtube. The fox 3.0s look terrible for a $4k upgrade. They bounce all over the place through the whoops and buck on landings. The Kings and Icons are smooth.

the popping sounds like cv joints, and the disengaging sounds like the gears in your actuator are stripped/stripping. Both are easy to check without even lifting the truck off the ground. Is the CV boot torn on either side?
