Never got around to installing them. Haven't sold the boat yet, so I haven't bought the trailer. But the Escalade is rated at 8300 lbs towing and 1500 lbs payload, so it should work as is.

I appreciate all the comments. Thank you. But in the end I decided to pull the trigger on a 2013 Escalade with 20K miles. They were asking $57K. Got them to $55K and $43.6 for my Raptor. Traded in the VW bug too. Ended up financing $53K in the end to get the payments just under $800...
The Tahoe is nice but the Caddy is a lot nicer inside, and has a lot of extras and features the Tahoe doesn't have. The Yukon Denali comes close. A new Caddy is $92K. It's a bit rich for me.

I am waiting for a call back from the Cadillac dealer. They offered me $38K. I said no way. $45K or no deal. Or $43K and...
I live in the 6th. And it's uncovered.

:flipthebird:
I guess I could fight this, I mean, my car is just fine in my parking spot. But it would be expensive and I will likely lose. I knew moving...
I think you are the only one who can answer this question. We all obviously here prefer the Raptor, and if you don't plan to tow then you are golden. The Raptor ride on pavement is a lot smoother. Not sure what the "diesel" lifestyle is other than pulling the green hose at the gas station...
