Well, I have the spring compressors and all the tools required if SOCOMech is no longer doing the work I might just do it myself. $100.00 was a very good price and it seems like I never have the time to do my own work.

The WiFi settings on the MFT are off or disabled so I am confident the MFT isn't trying to talk to the iPhone via the WiFi.

Hi Kim, OK, I have done several tests now and seem to have narrowed down the set of circumstances that lead to the MFT reset (reboot). With the OBDLink MX WiFi adapter plugged into the OBD port, and while I am running the Dash Command app on my iPhone 6 Plus, if I select to play my iTunes music...

Went and posted this issue on the OBDLink MX Forum. The moderator suggested I plug the adapter in but don't launch the Dash Command app on my iPhone to see if the adapter causes an issue by itself. So, I have a few tests to run before I isolate the issue. Will post my findings as things progress.
