So I hadn't checked my thread in a while since I decided to keep the older more loud sister...lol Still happy with my decision and she will be sharing the driveway with a MY '19 or '20.
As for the corvette hijack, all good...would rather have that then the bitching haha. Plus I'm a huge vette...
So after much debate...decided to keep my Gen1. I still smile everytime I start my truck, still give it the look back walking into a store/work, its just not time to let her go.
Whipple here we come :win:
So decided to keep the first girlfriend, yes the younger hotter sister would be fun...
Hahaha, just went on youtube and saw they posted this exact comparison 17 hours ago. It was meant to be haha....ok watching the video now
*ok hold strong and don't sell out
Haha okay so beyond the cupholder not holding a 32oz gatorade and stretching to reach the door controls.....any other big "damn that was better in my Gen1" complaints out there?
Through a little research I did found out we can convert from MFT to Sync3 like the '17 has, just runs $2k....but...
I'm into gadgets and tech in general and was very into what I saw, but that alone doesn't make me want to move up that bad. The new SYNC is very ahead of where the Gen1 is, been playing with it in my wife's explorer as well. 50/50 on CarPlay but moving in the right direction for sure.
Is there...
So I have a 2014 Screw which I still love like the day I first drove it off the lot. Recently purchased a '17 Explorer Sport for my wife, had a call a few days later they just had a '17 Raptor hit the lot.
It's a '17 Lightning Blue 802A, twin panel, forged, tech package and a few other...
Just for comparison, there is a '14 screw with 50k in excellent condition up here in Buffalo on a Ford dealer used lot. Pass it everyday on way to work for the past month...they have it down to 42,900. White, blue accent package, roush exhaust.
Didn't plan on trading up to a '17 but now even makes me more happy I pulled the trigger on my '14 build. Sticker on mine was $59.9k and walked out at invoice around 53-54k can't remember exact price....would be looking at 70k for a V6, no thank you.
Don't get me wrong, the new truck is badass...
