I've done that also because it happened while I was in the outer banks on vacation and thought I could just silicon it myself. They didn't say anything about it and it didn't void the warranty.
Yes it did. No problems once they changed the light.

If that's the case, this is all under warranty. I would take it to the dealer to have them fix and replace whatever is wrong and to fix or replaced what...
I had the same problem and the dealer replaced the light and fixed the problem under warranty. To many people are having this problem from what I've been seeing. It also caused electrical problems with my hill descent switch. As soon as I disconnected the plug for the L.E.D's on the 3rd brake...
I did the same thing. They gave me $38750 for my 2010 scab with only the graphics option and 44000 miles on it. I took most of my mods off for the 2012 totally loaded race red scab to put on it. Fits perfectly on the new raptor. They don't lose there value at all. Love the new truck with the...
I have the bed tread in my raptor. It looks just like line-x but you can kneel on it without hurting your knees. It takes the weather and anything you spill on it. I love it.
The other one didn't have nav, moonroof, 6.2, etc.. This new one also seems to ride smoother. The motor is the big difference. Much more power I can feel in the gas pedal compared to the 5.4. Love the truck! Got it totally loaded. The scab not the screw. Don't like the longer look.
Just picked up my fully loaded race red scab tonight! Traded in my 2010 for a 2012. Took about 8 weeks. Not bad I guess. Felt like a kid at Xmas time again. Now it's mod time all over again.
Ordered mine on April 5th and just found out its due to be at the dealers on may 21st. This dealership seems to always have a great turn around on delivery for some reason. My 2010 I purchased there was the same way.
I ordered my 2012 raptor beginning of April and I'm trading in a 2010 raptor and they never asked for a deposit. Don't know if it's because I'm trading one in or that they know if I change my mind( which I know I won't) that they know they can probably sell it quick anyways.
Good luck dude. I have a long wait.

They definitely don't lose much value.
Don't know if this helps you but I ordered a 2012 raptor last week, I'm trading in my 2010 raptor and the dealer is giving me $37000 for mine which is not loaded at all. It was the basic raptor with the decals and molten Orange option only. It has 40,786 miles and they don't consider the mods...
I drove a regular f-150 FX4 before buying my raptor and haven't seen much of a difference with the wider body. If you were in a car right now it might be more noticeable driving a raptor but since you'll be switching from one truck to one that's a little wider I don't see where it's going to be...
I'm hoping it does. If not I'm fine driving my 2010 raptor so that way it doesn't make it so hard for the wait. It would be different if I didn't have one at all and had to wait.
