Hey there, Im on top perch to allow room for the 37's. Lots of trimming is required to the rear of the fender flares, also I cut/hammered down the pinch welds behind the wheel well areas too.
My truck has stock gearing, not much loss in mpg/acceleration. But if I were to do it again I would...
Been rocking these for a year and a bit now. 17" Fuel octanes with 37" Toyo MT's. Not a huge fan of the Fuel octanes, but got them for cheap so I couldn't pass it up.. Hate the centre caps so I run without them lol.
Another one bites the dust..
Another rear window down.. This time no defroster on, window still blows up.
Going to be an eventful day at the dealership this week! :ROFLJest:
If you want a cheap alternative you can use metal hanger strapping found at local hardware stores. I've used this in the past using foam tape in between the ballast and metal strapping.
Just an idea.
More lumens anyone?
Some new light bars behind the grill. ADD bumper gets in the way of the lower 40" so I'm ripping it off and bending up my own somewhat like RPG's.
I just installed EBC green stuff pads onto my A.R.T slotted rotors. I can definitely lock up and engage my abs on dry pavement. I had the rotors turned because I had un-even wear on my old driver side A.R.T pads. (Pistons/sliders are in perfect working order)
What a beaut, that truck is the real deal! Nice taste of mods, and very well done!
Do you happen to have any pictures of the hydro dipped interior? I'm curious as to what it looks like.
I got these off eBay like 2 years ago. They are made out of magnesium (I'm pretty sure)
Tried looking on eBay for some and couldn't find anything now..
Hope you can find some!

Whole assembly requires replacement unfortunately.
The whole rear assembly has to come out even if one panel cracks/shatterson on these trucks.. Learned the hard way. Thankfully I was still under warranty at the time.
Sorry to burst your bubble GearTripper!
Im thinking the the two seems/panels would eventually separate from each other.. (by cutting the welds you ARE separating them.)
The pinch weld are important lol
I think these are them.
Royalty Core 13607 Ford Raptor 2009-2012 RC2 Full Grille Replacement
Royalty Core 14017 RC2 Full Grille Replacement with Center Emblem Fits 09+ Ford
Looks like the other RBP grilles.
My truck has now started grinding from the front passenger side. Its now in the shop so they can look at the Integrated Wheel End.
Here's a quick video of the pleasant noise..
