I just spoke with Mike (Whipple) regarding the HD Heat Exchanger w/fans and smaller pulley. Currently running 3.250" and will be testing the 3.125" & 3.00" as well. I have an appointment with Power by the Hour in South Florida July 7th & DYNO July 8th.
Yes it does. I still believe we can go with the 3.125"or 3" pulley.
The most noticeable difference with Whipple's new set up would be the Twin Billet 68mm TB. Very responsive but a bit nosey when you can hear it over the SC, headers/exhaust, tires etc.

Dave, I would really like to go. I am scheduled to send in my PCM to Dustin Whipple this Monday. They finally completed the Ford Racing Tune for Long Tube headers... I might have to delay sending PCM.

Whipple engraved "1st Production Raptor SC #0001" on the 2.9L inlet. I had Whipple powder coat the Supercharger the same color as Ford Racing Blue cam covers.(DY-112-5) I still have 3.5 lbs of the powder if anyone is intrested.

I had Billet Badges do the "Whipplash" badges to replace the Raptor SVT on the tailgate and added (2) above the 6.2L on the doors. They also did my company logo to replace the Ford oval.
I used the Whipple font and their twin screw logo (with their OK) and designed Whipplash.

We used the stock 2010 rear wheels & tires on both first and second Dyno videos.
On the second video; after testing, we swapped the rear wheels & tires back to the 20" Fuel Octane/Toyo MT. So what you are seeing is stock on rear and 20" Fuel wheels on front...

Quite frustrating on the DYNO today. Torq has video of the 2 or 3 pulls. Erik should have the video, at very least some pics tomorrow. You can hear it sputter/loose power.
I believe Torq had the same problem with DINOONE's set-up. This was addressed and Ford Racing informed Paul that it had been fixed. Evidently not... maybe due to tire rating??
The old 5Star tune did not have the speed limiter problem with LT's and exhaust.
