Hello, i have a ford raptor 2010. My sync version is Gen1 - V3.1 i registered and added my truck vin number and the website shows i have the latest software version..????!!!! mine is Gen1 - V3.1 and the latest software i think is v3.6.2 so, where i can download the latest software?

you mean i just lnstall Alpine or Kenwood on SD Card?

Hello everyone, i cant play music using the thumb drive. i have 8 GB sandisk. i formatted to Fat32, then copied the folders I wanted from the iTunes folder, and pasted them in the drive. they all Mp3 then sync says won't play protected music. help plz i have a raptor 2010
