I have been dicking around with O2 sensor issues for the last week. I originally had a P0135 code. I swapped sensors between bank 1 and 2 to verify the malfunction and it moved. Made perfect sense that I just needed to change the O2 sensor. Now I'm getting a code of P2240 and can't find anything...

I've been messing around trying to get an email tune loaded and I can't seem to update the firmware. I'm using a PC with Windows 8.1, which may be the problem? (Or it could be that I'm not smart enough to operate the computer...) I've gone through the entire process step by step several times...
