Just put one in. It's easy. Don't have to disassemble the console. The install video on Lock'er Down website shows you how to do it. 10-15 minute job.

For the NAV issue, try disconnecting the battery for a while (like overnight). I had the issue of it being off when I went up to 37s. That fixed it.
