    In the rust-belt like IL, I would totally agree. In a dry area like Arizona (where the thread starter's at) ongoing rust is not an issue. Since Fluid Film never dries it gets caked with dust and makes a mess. Convert the rust, cover it with a top coat and it will last for years.

    If it was my truck, and the surface was real rough, I would smooth it out with some sand paper for appearance purposes, then paint it. But, either way the rust is converted and covered with a flat black coating. The axle in the in the picture that started this thread could just be painted as...

    Which compact 12v inflator for 37" tires?

    I have the MasterFlow MF-1050 and it is slow and underpowered to air-up a 35" tire, it will do it but, it takes a long time. I upgraded to the MF-1089 and it's much better I can do 4 35" tires in about 15 minutes, which for the price, is not bad. MF-1050 MF-1089

    A1Auto is, for the most part, chinese made parts, not sure if I trust the quality for something that takes as much abuse as the hubs.

    It wouldn't hurt to drain and refill the transfer case as well. I believe it has a breather tube and would have been submerged just like the diffs.

    The clearance lights are a legal requirement for vehicles over 80 inches wide, most trucks have them on the roof Ford chose to put them on the grill for the raptor either way they're required by law for safety reasons.

    Group size 31 batteries will not fit without some sort of bracket or adapter below are the OEM group sizes. Gen 1 raptors are group size 65 Gen 2 raptors are group size H7

    I agree with you it looks like S is for "Soft" H is for "Hard", 2 is the softest 9 is the hardest setting ICON is a phone call away if you want to confirm for sure.
