Trying to work on company trucks with ADD set up.

I had issues with mine and did not get much help from Kooks.

I have the kooks. If I had it to do over again I would go with SW

My Roush Ford dealer ordered it for me.

Roush installed my stage 2 then I had dealer install headers. I am close to 5 star so I took it to mike to tune. ---------- Post added at 07:12 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:03 PM ---------- We also installed a Cobra throttle body. I will see if I can get a copy of dyno sheet to post.

I have a Roush Raptor form the factory. I put headers and tune from 5 Star 500rwhp and 11.5 around town and 13-14 hwy. Makes a great set up and easy to drive!

Only a few hundred over invoice was the best I could do.

Look at the logo plate in the pics that is one of the reasons for my problem. Plus mine are coated.

My wife thinks a Roush Raptor only cost 50k and comes stock with BMF,Toyo tires,Kooks, Vision X,Ridgid,and focal speakers!

Ok the ford dealear tried to unbolt and move motor but this did not work. I have contacted kooks and tried to schedule a appointment to take my raptor to them to see what they say? From the photos I have from my dealer the problem looks like the logo plate is place in the way of the steering...

My dealer made the dent suggestion but I do not understand why this should happen with a new truck and new headers? Thank you for all the help. This is why this is a great forum!

Has anyone had any problem with there Kooks headers rubbing the steering column? Headers are coated and only rub after they heat up and you are making a turn. We have been in touch with Kooks and they are working on a answer but I wanted to check and see if anyone else had seen this? Thanks for...
