This was in stick tires and to be honest I never launched from a dig. With all the nannies off I could get her to spinn rolling onto the on ramp. Didn't see the need to push it from a dig. Again, I love power but usually don't beat on my vehicles. Nothing more frustrating than having your toy in...
Steven and his guys are batting 100% for me right now. His tunes are not wild and his guys are through. I wasn't co corned with the drive lines as long as I was running street tires. It's just spinning and I drive like a grandma for the most part.
The truck was quick, seriously quick. Stopping...
Would have been cheaper I think... unfortunately I'm not smart enough to spend money on life experiences. Instead I prefer to spend money on things of little altruistic value and major depreciation.
You'd think I hate money, and contentment or something. Lol
I ended up buying a TRX and went down that Rabbit hole first. I did this after the parts showed up.... figured I'd buy another one down the line and I could just save the parts for later. Yes, poor logic at work here.
Long story short I dumped another 20k into the TRX just to hate it even...
I have the Garrets sitting New in my office. Also boost tubes and accessories. I was going to post then in the fs section this week. Let me know if you want first crack.
That's a good point. I was under the impression it was using coolant to lower AITs. I read over the Full Race website and you are right. It appears to be Air to Air.
There is no tuning for this at the moment, so I'm just collecting parts. I'm even hesitant to do the intercooler as it's going...
Thanks brother, I'm collecting the parts rt now and was somewhat waiting on Goosetune as I've got a 23. I was hoping to install and tune so I could have before and after dyno numbers as well.
I've got 500 miles on the truck rt now. Kinda want to see if I have any trans issues before destroying...
I'd like to compare that power curve to Goose tune. In all my experience peak numbers are not quite as important as power under the curve. With that said there does appear to be sharp drop from Livernois tune.
Here's the one I'm looking at. Also in discussions with them as they apparently have been looking at this platform.
Appreciate all the conversation gents.

I still have some of my old stock gear from my gen2. I'll dig out the intercooler and radiator. Both have less than 1k miles on them. You can have them if you need it.
Who did the tune? Also what plugs and gap are you running? I'm sure you have thought of all this already I'm just curious why you're getting misfires? My Gen 2 running a similar set up ran like a top for 90k miles. The sellers regret is very strong.
Wonder if it's the MAF? Getting any codes?
I've come to find numbers don't mean everything. The trucks are very different. I think the Raptor will be fast with less power. Just watching the Gen 2 w tune hang on the bumper of the TRX tells me this truck won't need much. Either way I guess we will find out.
I think you were making this...
Just didn't like hiw the truck felt like a floating ****. The extra power made the chasis balance even worse. I upgraded the sway bars and end links. No difference. The truck just a a poor build quality to it. The drive train was solid as a rock, but the orange peel on brand new paint, plastic...
I'd like the one that provides the best performance. I probably won't do bumper as I never have in the past. If the relocation allows for better cooling and offsets the size difference I'd like to know.
I have a built short block and turbos intended for my 19. Sold it got a TRX, dumped 20k in mods and stereo.... hated it.
Ordered a Gen 3 the way I wanted and now I have all this bought go fast ish I'd like to bolt on the gen 3. Starting with cooling, tune, fuel then moving to turbos and short...
Just picked up a 23 and my #4 Raptor. All I can say I'm happy I got rid of the TRX. Ford makes the best trucks on the planet and these raptors fit like a glove.
With that said and living in Houston I want to address cooling as e85 is definitely down the road.
Here what I'm going to start with...
