This started happening after installing the LED license plate bulbs I bought on eBay (same ones in Infinite Reality's thread). I removed the LED bulbs and replaced them with the ugly factory bulbs and I stopped popping fuses. Anyone have any ideas to fix this issue while using the LED bulbs?
