Found it. Took the calipers off and could hear it.. Loosened the park brakes and could hear it... The coating they put on the rotors was barely rubbing that rock shield wayyy inside, with a little love it's now silent. It was where the shield bends in under the caliper. Thanks to all...

I can hear it in both rear wheels, brake lines were replaced too with stainless after the caliber was bolted back on. The wheels turn by hand easily just noisy. About to adjust the park brakes off and see
